Boise, Idaho — A 3-year-old stabbed at a birthday party by suspect Timmy Earl Kinner has died.

She was one of nine people — six of whom were children — injured during a mass stabbing at a Boise, Idaho, apartment complex on June 30.

A vigil was held yesterday at the city hall to honor the victims of the attack, which ultimately resulted in 3-year-old Ruya’s death on Monday.

Kinner has been charged with first-degree murder, among additional charges.

According to Boise City Police, “Of the other eight victims, one child has been treated and released from the hospital. Seven victims remain in the hospital, many with serious or critical injuries.”
